Extra virgin olive oil, colorants and semolina produced from durum wheat, are absolutely natural and high-quality, and are produced in the local area where no chemical treatment is necessary to protect it from long transports and preservation.
TRADITION
Like in the tradition of housewives in Puglia, the production of our pasta is made according to ancient techniques. The highest expression of this philosophy is expressed in our products, created just as you once did.
Founded in 1976 by the creativity of Donato Sabatelli, pasta maker native of Castellana, the company has grown over time to become a great reality among the Apulian companies.
