From Sicily we had the idea to reinterpret a typical regional shape; the spirals of Busiate pasta embrace salmon cream creating an explosion of flavours just tasting the first bite.
Pasta: durum wheat semolina, fresh whole eggs A category.
Sauce : béchamel sauce, heavy cream, baked salmon, extra virgin olive oil, onion, brandy.
Topping: arugula, grated Grana cheese.
Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk and dairy products, salmon.
