It is smoked Scamorza that makes the difference. The melted smoked scamorza transfers to the rough pasta sheets and to the fresh eggplants, an interesting flavour. This dish can be defined as the Apulian version of the classic traditional lasagna.

Pasta: durum wheat semolina, fresh whole eggs A category.
Filling: Eggplant ragù, smoked scamorza cheese, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, onion, salt, sugar, garlic, parsley, corn starch.
Topping: shredded smoked scamorza cheese.
Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk and dairy products

how to prepare

  • Remove from packaging (retail line). Remove the protection film/cover only after cooking.
  • INTO TRADITIONAL OVEN: pre-heat oven to 180°C; cook for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  • INTO MICROWAVE: 5 minutes at 600/700 W.

(If product is thawed/defrosted divide cooking times in half)
