crêpes with mushrooms

A recipe coming from France, reinterpreted with a thin pasta stuffed with a rich filling of mushrooms and melted cheese. A delicacy we prepare with passion respecting the French tradition.

Crêpes: whole milk, fresh whole eggs A category, wheat flour type “00”.
Filling: Porcini mushrooms, Champignon mushrooms, béchamel sauce, Edamer cheese, grated Grana cheese, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt.
Sauce: whole milk, vegetable stock, Porcini mushrooms, Champignon mushrooms, butter, wheat flour type “00”, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt.
Topping: mix mushrooms, grated Grana cheese, parsley.
Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk and dairy products

how to prepare

  • Remove from packaging (retail line). Remove the protection film/cover only after cooking.
  • INTO TRADITIONAL OVEN: pre-heat oven to 180°C; cook for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  • INTO MICROWAVE: 5 minutes at 600/700 W.

(If product is thawed/defrosted divide cooking times in half)
